Arizona law establishes the maximum fees an Arizona notary may charge for authorized notarial acts.
General Notarizations
Acknowledgment or Jurat: Up to $10 per notary public signature
Copy Certification: Up to $10 per page certified
Oath or Affirmation: Up to $10 per notarial act
Applicable fees are disclosed before the appointment and reflected on your receipt.
I-9 Verification
Mobile I-9 verification support for employers using an authorized representative to complete the in-person Section 2 document review. Pricing includes standard local travel and verification support; additional travel or special scheduling requirements may apply. Starting at $75
Field Inspections
Professional on-site property verification and documentation, including occupancy checks, property observations, photographs, and basic reporting. Final pricing depends on assignment scope, location, access requirements, and turnaround time.

Mobile Travel / Mileage
Because Luxury Ink Notarial Group, LLC is a mobile service, an allowable travel/mileage charge of $0.67 cent per mile roundtrip may apply when the notary travels to the appointment location.
Travel charges are disclosed before the appointment.
Printing Fees
Convenient document printing for clients who need physical copies prepared before their appointment will accrue a printing fee of $1 per page up to 25 pages, $5 for each additional page. Black-and-white and color printing are available based on document size and quantity. Printing fees are separate from notarial service fees.
Witness Procurement
Need a qualified witness for your signing? Luxury Ink Notarial Group, LLC can coordinate witness services at $35 per witness when available and permitted for the appointment. Witness fees are separate from notarial fees and are quoted based on the number of witnesses and appointment requirements.
Expedited Service
Need your documents handled sooner? Expedited Service provides priority scheduling for time-sensitive requests, subject to availability. A flat rate of $50 expedited service fee may apply based on the requested turnaround time, appointment location, and complexity of the assignment.
Complex & Extended Appointments
Appointments involving multiple signers, multiple locations, facilities, extensive travel, special access requirements, or other unusual circumstances that may require additional coordination and time.
You will receive a quote before the appointment is confirmed for all fees associated.
Examples of complex and extended appointments are hospital or correctional facility appointments, difficult-access locations, assisted living facilities, etc.
